Did you know there are over 2,500 varieties of apples in the United States alone? They vary in sweetness, tartness, and texture. If you’re not a fan of apples, maybe you just haven’t tried the right kind yet.  To find out which kind you like, buy one from each variety at your grocery store (make sure you write down the names of each variety you’re trying) and sample them at home.  Make note of what you liked about each variety and also what time of year you purchased it.  Some people prefer one kind of apple in the winter and another in the summer.
